Refund Policy
We accept returns for initial defects only.
If your unit arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@nakam-audio.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no charge.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. As a small-batch, handmade product, each unit is built to order and cannot be restocked.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper storage
- Items returned without prior written authorization
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@nakam-audio.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos
- We will respond within 3 business days with instructions
Refunds
Once a return is authorized and the defective unit is received and inspected, we will process a repair, replacement, or refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Nakam Audio.
