Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days. The 30-day period begins on the date the last item in your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all included accessories and original packaging.

How to Request a Return

You can start a return request directly from your customer account at https://shopify.com/72448901276/account. Alternatively, email us at info@nakam-audio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, in which case we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item.

We refund the original standard shipping charges you paid for delivery of your order. If you chose an express or upgraded delivery option, we refund up to the cost of our standard delivery. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect or our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Digital content and downloadable products
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items produced to your specifications
  • Items that are not unused or not in their original condition, including damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper storage
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without prior written authorization

Defective or Damaged Items

If your unit arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@nakam-audio.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no charge and cover return shipping in these cases.
