Shipping Policy

Orders within Japan are shipped via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin). International orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). All orders are dispatched from Sado Island, Niigata, Japan.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation. As each unit is handmade and built to order, processing times may occasionally be longer. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Free shipping on all orders within Japan.

Europe & Other Regions

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We ship via Japan Post EMS. The exact shipping cost will be displayed when you enter your shipping address at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nakam-audio.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Japan Post to resolve the issue.
